Limited Warranty For Tanks Under 36" OD.
This warranty applies to the original owner at the original installation address only. Should premature failure occur and subsequent examination reveal that the tank lining has failed under the terms of this warranty, at Wendland Manufacturing Corp.’s option, the lining will be repaired or replaced F.O.B. factory, San Angelo, Texas, in accordance with the following schedule:

If a failure should occur under the terms of this warranty, notice shall be in writing from the owner or his representative and addressed to Wendland Manufacturing Corp. Notice shall include tank serial number, date manufactured, date installed, installation location, from whom purchased and description of failure. Warranty is considered in effect from date of shipment.
1. This warranty does not cover any tank not installed in accordance with applicable codes and ordinances. This warranty is void if working pressure exceeds the
allowable working pressure stamped on the tank, neither is it applicable where the temperature of the water stored is in excess of recommended use. This warranty does not cover damages incurred if dielectric bushings are not included in plumbing, or from damages resulting from loose or damaged fittings installed by others.
2. This warranty does not cover any labor, freight, or installation cost, either for its original purchase or its replacement. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any
other obligations or liabilities in connection with the sale of the tank. The Manufacturer shall not be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damages to any person
or property.
